A Millefeuille with Layers of Paris & Notes of Pandan

This May, we are with a new inventive dessert – giving guests’ meal a sweet finish worth remembering. In a first-time-ever collaboration, we partner with local, family-owned brand Pandan Man to introduce a limited-edition Pandan and Gula Melaka Millefeuille, where French pastry meets Southeast Asian flavour. Available from 1 to 17 May across all La Vache! branches, the dessert brings together two culinary sensibilities that share a love for craft, balance and a touch of indulgence. The result is familiar at first glance, with just enough je ne sais quoi to keep things interesting.
